Shipping Prices and Polices
- Shipping is $4.75 for the first item and .75
for each additional item unless otherwise noted.
- Some items are shipped from multiple
warehouses and therefore incur a higher shipping charge. These
charges are shown on the product detail page.
- All items are shipped via USPS and given
a tracking number.
- If items are returned due to incorrect
shipping addresses you will be notified via email and required to
send a correct shipping address. If you do not confirm within 10
business days you will be refunded for the order minus any shipping
charges incurred.

All international orders are shipped based on weight and
calculated by the USPS

International orders will not be marked as gift, but will
be marked as other merchandise

Shipping times and standards

All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of the
order. If your order cannot be shipped within this time you will be
contact via email with the order information.

All items are securely packaged and wrapped to ensure safe
delivery

Items are shipped with all accessories shown in the
picture on the product detail page.

All new items that are ordered loose will include all
accessories and the file card if applicable.
2. Return Policy
- All unopened & undamaged items may be returned
within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges.
- If a wrong or damaged item is received and
reported within 30 days Toy Swap Shop will pay for return shipping
and ship the correct item out immediately upon receipt of the
incorrect item.
- A Toy Swap Shop representative must authorize
all returns before a refund will be given. You must contact a
representative at
info@gijoeswapshop.com for information on returns.
3. Payment Methods
- Currently our site accepts Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and all other forms of payment accepted through
PayPal
- You may also pay via Check or Money order by
